I’ve posted more photos from our California trip on flickr. The photo I am showing here was a surprising find in Grace Cathedral in San Francisco. They have a series of stained glass windows with a humanistic theme. This one here honors Einstein (obviously). Still, it isn’t every day that you see E=mc^2 in the stained glass medium.
I have uploaded the first batch of photos from our trip to California. As you can see, I was at another wedding, this time of my cousin Randy. The reception was outside, and it didn’t get dark until the end of the reception, so it was a lot easier to take photos than it usually is at weddings.
Lots more photos are forthcoming.
I’ve posted all sorts of photos from the wedding on flickr. Thank you to all those who let my friend Ben download their pictures so that I could get them.
My mother just emailed a bunch of photos to me from our trip to Deer Valley just after New Year’s. There were a number of very cold and windy days, as you can see in this photo!
I went skiing with Phyllis and my parents in Deer Valley in the first week of January. It snowed all week, so the slopes were fantastic, though the temperatures were a bit chilly (and the wind was howling). Phyllis and I took advantage of a break in the cloud cover to get this picture.
